JUNIPER PUBLISHERS- Advanced Research in Gastroenterology & Hepatology STUDY OF THE INVASION DEPTH DIAGNOSIS OF SUPERFICIAL BARGHETT’S ESOPHAGEAL ADENOCARCINOMA- IDENTIFICATION OF LARGE VESSELS BY MAGNIFYING ENDOSCOPY IS USEFUL FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF SUB MUCOSAL CANCER   Authored by Junko Fujisaki Objective: Superficial BARGHett’s esophageal adenocarcinoma (S-BEA) has been treated by endoscopic procedures. Especially, intramucosal carcinomas have been treated by endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) or endoscopic sub mucosal dissection (ESD). It is important to diagnose sub mucosal invasive lesions by endoscopy. However, it is difficult to diagnose with sub mucosal or mucosal BEA. Aim of this study that Observation of large vessels (LVs) by Magnified Endoscopy with nARGHow band imaging (ME-NBI) is useful for diagnosis of sub mucosal invasive S-BEA. Methods: We examined 50 cases of S-BEA. We diagnosed the depth of these lesions by white lig...
